The Law Firm of Smith and Hassler is seeking a highly skilled full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our Plaintiff's Personal Injury team. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of litigation experience in managing all aspects of the client case file and discovery processes through trial verdict, as well as a demonstrated history of trial support experience including trial technical support for the presentation of evidence. The successful candidate must be bilingual (Spanish) and have a Paralegal Certification (preferred). A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required.
