Junior International Tax Attorney The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience at a law or accounting firm. Should preferably have experience with international structuring and cross border transactions, management of multi-jurisdictional projects, and client responsibilities. Must have some knowledge of international tax rules and concepts such as tax treaties, reorganizations, transfer pricing, and other international structure topics. Familiarity with review of financial statements and developing excel models will be a plus. An LL.M. degree or MBA would be helpful.
