Criminal Paralegal The candidate should have 4 years of experience in the area of criminal law or a minimum of a AA degree and 2 years of experience. Must be proficient in various computer programs (outlook, power point, excel, word, e-portal, clerk websites, google, etc.) Ideal candidate will have experience with: drafting subpoenas, scheduling depositions and court hearings, organizing and disseminating discovery, data entry for form motions/notices, and marking trial exhibits.
