Legal Secretary The candidate will be preparing pleading shells, filing briefs, and managing case files, act as an office manager and handle administrative work (no HR responsibilities). Will prepare and format pleading shells, run table of contents and table of authorities for briefs, ability to assist in finalizing briefs including case citations, help with managing invoices and other administrative tasks around the office. Must have experience with California litigation. Must be skilled in Word, Excel, ECF filings. Must have 7 years of experience. Must have paralegal or legal secretary certificate. Note : This is a temporary position.
