Seeking Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-3 years' experience. Candidate will assist with all aspects of case handling on insurance defense matters with an emphasis on habitability, toxic tort, insurance fraud, and general liability. Must have a valid California State Bar number. Prior experience in summarizing medical records and third-party records, drafting briefs, taking and defending depositions, and law and motion work is required. Some travel required. Prior trial experience is beneficial. Will be a self-starter with excellent attention to detail, strong writing and analytical skills, and be able to work efficiently and independently.
