office position # Paralegal - Law Firm - Tampa, FL A fast paced law firm in downtown Tampa is looking for a Paralegal with Litigation experience. This is an in-person office position with an excellent salary and comprehensive benefits package. ## Job Description The successful candidate must have the following qualifications: - Expert level in Microsoft Word and consistently use shortcut keys - Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint - Proficient using Zoom and Microsoft Teams - Experience with Bankruptcy, Creditors Rights, Complex Litigation, CM/ECF, PACER, E-filing and/or trial/hearing preparation - Experience with Microsoft Outlook calendaring - Ability to transcribe oral dictation under pressure - Ability to compose pleadings, such as basic motions, notices and discovery documents - Detail oriented, have a great vocabulary, experienced proofreader, and work well under extreme pressure - Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently - Professional in appearance and attire - Comprehend professional office etiquette - Follow directions ## Benefits The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary with proven experience and references, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including parking, health, dental, and 401(k). ## Hours and Schedule This is a full-time position. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8 hours per shift.
