Real Estate Title Paralegal And/or Examiner The candidate will support the Firm by performing a variety of complex paralegal and paraprofessional work including title research and examination services and providing responsible assistance to upper management. Responsibilities include: (a) conducting real property title searches and examination, including research and review of deeds, tax records, estate division files, map/plat records, subdivision records, civil actions, etc., (b) preparing title abstracts and/or draft preliminary title opinions, (c) preparing legal descriptions and/or (d) performing special title research projects. Experience of 2 years (Preferred); Paralegal Certificate (Preferred).
