Consumer Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for client interaction over the phone, drafting legal documents, managing cases, scheduling appointments, and assisting attorneys and other staff. Experience in dealing with public consumers is required. Previous bankruptcy experience is preferred. Should be a quick learner, be detail-oriented, and computer savvy. Excellent people skills are needed. Great organizational and time management skills are essential. Should be well balanced, optimistic, and self-motivated. Must be a reliable, honest, and team player who takes the job very seriously. Good work ethics and communication skills are required. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
