Paralegal/Office Manager The candidate will be responsible to help with legal filings, research, administrative duties, as well as customer/client service and scheduling. Schedule and track reoccurring services with clients and vendors. Maintain contact lists, Filing and Answering the phone. Making calls to customers and vendors. Sending and receiving emails to/from clients and vendors. Organize around the office and Miscellaneous office tasks (ordering office supplies, minimal online research for product/price). The candidate must have Customer Service Experience. Office Management experience for 2 years is preferred. Sales Experience or Abilities is essential. Scheduling/Calendaring Experience is necessary. Microsoft Office Proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) is must. Comfortably speaking professionally with clients on the phone is critical. Writing and grammar proficiency is must. Social Media, Leads management, Experience with QuickBooks and Speaking and writing in Spanish are a huge plus.
