Legal Secretary The candidate should have 5 years of experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; able to write, review, edit and notarize documents required. Lead an example as a first impression to clientele. Displays skill in communication, grammar, typing, organization and patience. Must be able to operate phone lines, email, front-desk and calendar organization. Legal experience is a plus. Must know how to use Adobe Acrobat. Strong organizational and communication skills required. Self-starter Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) required. Familiarity with Mac computer operating system and computer tools such as e-filing required.
