Personal Injury Auditor The candidate should have 5 years experience as a Personal Injury paralegal. Must conduct a final case audit after settlement phase and prior to final accounting phase. Must audit electronic and paper files in accordance with firm's protocols. This position is responsible for ensuring firm and personal injury compliance during final stages of all cases. Must have a high level of knowledge regarding personal injury liens, subrogation regulations and trust account guidelines in accordance with the State Bar of Arizona.
