Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will have 1 to 3 years of defense experience working primarily on general liability claims (construction defect, premises liability, pharm. clams, toxic tort matters). Motion drafting and research experience a must. Deposition experience is also a must. Demonstrated ability and desire for litigation defense in a small team environment is required. LA bar licenses a must. Travel required is approx. 25%.
