Corporate Practice Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: supporting corporate transactions group with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate governance; conducting legal research and analysis; reviewing, drafting and negotiating documents related to corporate transactions; participating in business development activities and efforts; attending client meetings; and acting as a liaison between Firm's U.S. and Asia offices. Should have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school. Must have (i) 3 years of corporate law experience with an international law firm, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions; and (ii) 3 years experience in China-US cross-border transactions serving clients in a broad range of industries. The experience may be gained concurrently. Must be admitted to the Texas Bar.
