Temporary Trademark Legal Secretary The candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and specialized secretarial support to Trademark attorneys and paralegals. Duties include: preparation of litigation documents, electronic court filings, creation and maintenance of e-rooms, processing of foreign associate invoices, handling incoming calls, creation and maintenance of files and e-files, internal/external calendaring of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement processing, records maintenance and all other administrative support for timekeepers including time entry, conflict checks, engagement letters, waiver letters and audit letter responses, etc. Should have 7+ years of experience as a litigation or trademark prosecution secretary and have the ability to work overtime as needed. Should have ability to multitask and work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines with quick turnaround times/deadlines, strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong judgment and decision making skills, the ability to work independently but also as part of a collaborative team. Must have proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Worksite/iManage, Outlook, Salesforce and Adobe Acrobat and other firm applications. College degree preferred.
