Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will keep direct contact with clients, providers, an opposing counsel, etc. A High school or equivalent is preferred. Paralegal experience of 2+ years is required. Legal Research experience is preferred. Performing written discovery. Use of State local filing systems; federal filings are a plus. Personal Injury experience is preferred. TrialWorks or Case Management System knowledge is preferred.
