Attorney - Real Estate and Commercial Litigation The candidate will be drafting, reviewing, analyzing and negotiating agreements for commercial real estate transactions, analyzing commercial contracts and real estate agreements, representing and advising clients in negotiation of leasing and project financing deals with real estate developers and other parties, as well as providing support on various commercial litigation matters. Must have a Juris Doctor (Law) degree, admission to practice law in the State of New York, and 2+ years of experience in the area of Real Estate and Commercial Litigation.
