Litigation Staff Attorney The candidate will draft pleadings and motions, attend depositions and respond to discovery. Work on real estate litigation matters. Should have active Missouri and Illinois attorney licenses with superior academic performance. Must have 2 years of litigation experience with an in-depth understanding of defending toxic tort and/or asbestos claims. Experience working under litigation management and billing guidelines used by corporations and insurers preferred. Background in title issues, mortgage, conveyance, and property law is also preferred.
