Mass Tort Paralegal The candidate will report to trial attorney Mass Torts and Class Actions. Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions. Handle Discovery Deadline, Discovery Production. Assist in deposition preparation, trial preparation. Extensive contact with clients. Manage pre-litigated cases and cases for litigation. Analyze and assemble clients medical records. Correspond with defense counsel as needed. Must preferably have an Associate's degree in paralegal studies or Bachelor's degree in another field with a certificate in paralegal studies. Should have 3-4 years of experience with Mass Tort, Class Action, or other Personal Injury matters. should have excellent organizational, time management, research and analytical skills. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
