Trial Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for every aspect of cases from the date of injury through appeals; draft motions; arrange and coordinate depositions; handle discovery; summarize depositions; create trial notebooks and all pre-trial documents. Should preferably have a bachelor's degree with 3 years of MS Office experience. Must be an experienced, FILE-TO-TRIAL paralegal. Must have: experience with form pleadings, discovery/discovery responses (interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admissions, deposition support) including objections for attorney review; experience in multiple jurisdictions and preferably state & federal experience; e-filing. Must be able to work on a team; accustomed to, and enjoy volume-driven work and MDL work; participating in all aspects of trial preparation and be able to attend assigned trial dates.
