Insurance Coverage Paralegal The candidate will involve training regarding, and use of, insurance modelling software. It will also involve drafting pleadings/discovery, document reviews and productions, and case management and trial preparation. Will be able to work well on their own and as part of a team and will have a minimum of three (3) years of litigation experience (preferably 1-2 years of experience in insurance coverage), paralegal degree/certificate and a working knowledge of state and federal civil rules. Experience with Excel and Visio software is a plus.
