Legal Secretary/Receptionist DUTIES: Manages the day-to-day operations of the law firm, including carrying out administrative services and providing support to the case management team. Maintains electronic document management. Maintains and manages incoming and outgoing mail and emails, follow-through upon receipt of incoming documents, and maintains a record of outgoing mail. Orders and organizes medical records. Answers and transfers call promptly in a professional manner. Screens calls, take messages and provide client with case status updates. Communicates effectively and professionally with clients and with others in the Firm. Meets and greets visitors, sets up conference rooms with necessary supplies, and maintains client files.
Qualifications: Should preferably have a High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of experience in Legal case management; and + years of experience as a receptionist. Should have a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace. Must be comfortable working in an office environment
