Legal Secretary The candidate should have 5 years of estate planning experience. Attention to detail is a must. Should have 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or office environment as an administrative assistant or secretary. Experience with working in a legal office is desired, but not necessary. Being exceptional in serving our clients is the most important skill required. Must have excellent communication skills and organizational skills. Must be able to type at least 50 WPM. Must be reliable, an effective communicator, well-organized, and comfortable under pressure Should be a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado with a strong work history of customer service and strong attention to detail. Communicate with clients, gathering necessary documents and information. Draft and proofread legal documents. Should have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times. Must have worked with legal software, case management, and docketing programs.
