We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice and team of accomplished plaintiff's lawyers and robust case staff in our office in Center City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Litigation Attorney will handle motor vehicle accident / automobile liability cases in litigation, including trial prep and in-court trial, generally without the need to handle pre-suit matters. The lawyer will be responsible for representing plaintiff clients in the Philly and the surrounding PHL metro area, including New Jersey, if possible. H2: Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memoranda Guide plaintiff clients through the case process Interaction with expert witnesses and other lawyers to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances H2: Qualifications Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing of the PA bar (NJ bar a plus) Ideally 3+ years of PI litigation experience (ideally motor vehicle / automobile liability / MVA) Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases and take them to trial Excellent client service and communication skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills A team player and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment At Morgan & Morgan, we are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice and team of accomplished plaintiff's lawyers and robust case staff in our office in Center City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
