We are looking for attorneys interested in alternative-track roles which may be based in any of our office locations: Nashville, Washington, D.C., Memphis or Knoxville. Attorneys who join our practice will participate in highly-sophisticated transactional work, have access to traditional professional development and training opportunities, while enjoying a reduced billable hours target. Mergers and acquisitions experience is required and the ideal candidate must have excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
