Cyber Security Paralegal Responsibilities: Prepare notification letters to individuals and regulators regarding data breaches. Prepare responses and exhibits to regulators in connection with government investigations arising from data breaches. Prepare discovery responses and exhibits for court filings in data breach class actions and privacy litigation. Obtain quotes from third party vendors for notification and credit monitoring services. Diary and monitor all deadlines for notification, responses to regulators, and court filing deadlines. Prepare status updates to be sent to insurance carriers and clients. Assemble chronologies of pertinent facts and key documents. Review, analyze and organize document productions. Manage documents and organize case files. Qualifications: Must have a bachelor's degree and a Paralegal Certificate. 3+ years of paralegal experience. Experience drafting documents and responding to standard discovery demands. Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems. Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical. Clear and effective communication skills both orally and in writing. Must be able to multitask and successfully manage a variety of demands daily. Must be able to work independently and be proactive.
