Litigation Trial Attorney The candidate should have litigation experience. Will be licensed to practice law in Colorado, have 2+ years of litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills. Candidates should have experience in state and federal courts and experience preparing for, assisting with, and handling hearings and depositions. Trial experience is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates with property and liability insurance coverage, claims, and litigation experience, including policy interpretation and analysis, claim presentation, and insurance appraisal. Experience working with community associations and multi-unit housing is a plus for any prospective candidate.
