Patent Prosecution Attorney Candidate must have: Superior academic credentials (usually within the top 25% of their class); experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications, writing opinions, and conducting freedom to operate studies relating to a wide range of electrical, computer and mechanical and/or materials science arts; excellent verbal and written communications skills; and a strong background in electrical, computer, mechanical and/ or materials science technology areas.
