Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist National Risk Management Team in toxic tort litigation. Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in personal injury defense or mass tort defense litigation. Assist the attorneys in client reporting, managing discovery, preparing corporate witnesses for deposition and trial, retaining and supervising the work of experts, drafting pleadings, and preparing the case for trial. Paralegal Certificate is a plus with Bachelors Degree strongly desired and has 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Must be extremely well organized and able to meet multiple deadlines. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and have excellent attention to detail. Above-average to superior skills in both Excel and Word. PowerPoint knowledge is a plus. Must be well-spoken, professional, and energetic.
