Immigration Associate Attorney / The candidate must have at least 1 year of business immigration attorney experience. Extensive drafting of nonimmigrant visa applications, including USCIS requests for evidence. Analyzing and drafting H-1B specialty occupation Requests for Evidence (RFEs) for pending H-1B cap petitions. Other responsibilities will be drafting complex nonimmigrant petitions, including L-1 Service Center petitions, and reviewing the work drafted by paralegals and legal assistants.
