Legal Secretary The candidate's responsibilities include: Document management; Handling Attorney expense reports; Preparing client engagement letters; Travel and mileage tracking and reporting; Meeting coordination & calendaring; Administrative filings related to the OAH; Should have general administrative and ad hoc requests and tasks;Trial preparation (litigation experience a plus, not required). Should have a minimum of 3 years related experience as a Legal Secretary in a fast paced environment. MS Word and Excel proficiency is required. Experience with iManage or another similar document management system is required. Must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to be a team player and the desire to provide outstanding client service are fundamental.
