Estate Planning/Administration Paralegal The candidate will do preparation of estate planning documents (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Medical Directives). Preparation of estate administration filings (petitions, inventories, accountings, final reports, fiduciary accountings). Preparation of tax documents (Federal and Maryland Estate Tax Returns, Federal Gift Tax Returns, Fiduciary Income Tax Returns.). Preparation of documents relating to the identification, collection, and valuation of assets. Direct communication with clients with respect to client intake and information gathering. Completion of other related duties as assigned. Should have 2+ years experience in estate planning and estate administration. Excellent attention to detail is needed. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential. Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a larger planning team. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Should demonstrates a strong level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and practice management billing software.
