Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be working closely with clients and other team members. Will be focusing on construction litigation and the other focused on professional liability and trucking/transportation law. Must have 5+ years of litigation experience working with insurance companies on large litigation cases; proficiency with CM/ECF filing (Federal and State); and experience with billing and ABA task codes. Bachelor s degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program is preferred. Experience in personal liability and personal injury areas is a plus. Must have strong organizational and litigation document management skills, proficiency with MS Office, and experience working with ProLaw.
