Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work in insurance defense firm. Propound and respond to written discovery. Analyze and summarize discovery responses, subpoenaed records, depositions, and miscellaneous case-related documents. Retain and communicate with experts. Provide effective and timely communications, information, and other services to clients, experts and claims. Communicate with the court, witnesses, opposing counsel and co-counsel in a manner consistent with established office procedures. Deposit assignments. Prepare mediation and trial binders present witnesses and evidence at trials, hearings, arbitration and alternative dispute resolutions. Should have a Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate. Should have 5+ years of experience in an insurance defense or related setting.
