Paralegl- Part-time The candidate should have excellent writing skills. Proficiency in Word and Excel required. Law firm specializes in personal injury litigation and estate planning/probate matters. Some familiarity with these areas is preferable, but not required. Answering the phone, intaking potential clients, drafting legal documents/pleadings, summarizing medical records for personal injury demand letters, corresponding and communicating with existing and potential clients, insurance adjusters, other parties/attorneys, etc. Preferably should have 1 year of paralegal experience. High school or equivalent education (Preferred). Paralegal Certificate (Preferred). Spanish (Preferred).
