Civil Trial Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years experience in all aspects of injury litigation (Plaintiff and/or Defense experience), including preparing for, assisting and attending civil jury trials. Experience should also include drafting motions, reviewing and responding to discovery, medical records review and summarization, preparation for depositions and hearings required. Spanish speaking is a plus. Experience with Aderant Total Office (ATO) is a plus. Experience in the area of Personal Injury Litigation is a must.
