Trial Paralegal Duties: The candidate will prepare correspondence and pleadings for review by the attorney. Communicate with client in the respective client system. Prepare for hearings. Calendar court and discovery deadlines. Demonstrate proficiency in WORD, EXCEL, I-Manage. Demonstrate proficiency in document management and time entry systems. Demonstrate exceptional organizational and file management skills. Capable of handling confidential client information in a professional and trustworthy manner. Ability to remain flexible and manage changing priorities, including availability for overtime when needed. Professionalism, good judgment and the ability to manage in high pressure situations. Strong willingness to learn and the ability to interpret and follow instructions quickly and efficiently Qualifications: 3-4 years' of Residential Foreclosure experience, required. Prior Judgement Trial experience, highly preferred. Experience with BKFS and Tempo, highly preferred.
