Labor and Employment Attorney The candidate should have 3 years of experience in Labor & Employment. Should have excellent academic credentials and strong writing and communication skills. Must have employment litigation experience, including conducting depositions, attending court appearances, drafting/opposing motions, and conducting an investigation of claims and providing advice and feedback to clients. Experience with Federal and State courts and the EEOC is a plus.
