Legal Secretary The candidate will be revising and proofreading complex legal documents and correspondence, creating and maintaining client files, end of month billing and timekeeping, calendaring, preparing closing binders, providing backup coverage for other secretaries and a variety of other duties as assigned. Should have completion of two years of college courses or equivalent work experience. An Associate's degree or higher degree is preferred. Should have law firm experience with an emphasis on residential and commercial real estate, corporate and bankruptcy matters. Experience with litigation is a plus.
