Patent Attorney The candidate should have 3 years of experience and a background in biotechnology or organic chemistry. Will be evaluating invention disclosures, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and conducting freedom-to-operate analyses in the areas of small molecule pharmaceuticals and/or biotechnology for clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Should be registered to practice with the USPTO and have an advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Organic Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Biology, or a related field, a strong academic record, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
