Legal Secretary The candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to attorneys. Will work primarily for corporate and transactional timekeepers. Major responsibilities include document preparation and editing for business transactions, file maintenance, attorney time entry, scheduling, and assistance with client billing. Client contact in person and over the phone. Handle travel arrangements and reimbursements. Handle administrative confidential/sensitive firm and/or client information. Perform other duties as may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position. Must have 5+ years of executive-level legal secretarial experience and proficiency in secretarial and administrative tasks including, telephone and email interaction with business executives, international and domestic travel arrangements, extensive calendar maintenance, time entry, expenses and document preparation. Should have proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Flexibility for some overtime is required. Knowledge of and ability to assist in filing electronic court filings and pleadings preferred.
