Claims Paralegal The candidate works with Attorneys to ensure each case is progressing through the Prelitigation process. Requests and reviews medical records and bills. Drafts Demand Packages. Sets up claims with auto insurance and health insurance companies. Serves as liaison between attorney and clients. Keeps case information updated and organized in the case management system and physical file. Conducts legal research and gathers relevant information from a variety of sources. Manages Attorney calendars and scheduling. Assists with case settlements. Performs other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred2+ years of recent prelitigation paralegal experience required. Experience in Personal Injury, WC, Premises, or other injury-related practice areas required.
