Pre-Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work well with others, multi-task, pay close attention to detail, and handle a fast-paced, and high-volume work environment. Talk to clients regarding the pre-litigation process and keep regular communication every 30 days. Request medical records and bills. Follow up on medical records and bills requests. Open Auto Insurance Claims. Monitor client's treatment and medical bills. Draft and edit demand packages. Follow up with insurance companies on liability and limits. Request police reports. 2-5 years minimum working in Plaintiff Personal Injury. Experience or background in Medical Malpractice or Trucking cases is a plus. Excellent follow-up and attention to detail skills required. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Needles, Dropbox required. Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
