Job Summary Prepare state and federal pleadings and civil cover sheets File court documents electronically Prepare and monitor the service of the complaints Draft and filing EEOC Charges and responses Draft various correspondence and legal documents Draft interrogatories and document requests Work with clients and assist in responding to discovery requests Compile, organize and bate stamp discovery responses Draft and respond to subpoenas Conduct legal research on various employment issues Calendar court appearances, depositions, meditations and client appointment Job Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: Legal experience preferred, but not required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Active listening Critical thinking Time management Coordination Judgment and decision making Monitoring
