Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will provide pre litigation support to the attorneys. Will open new client files. Order medical records and compile clients damages and losses. Frequent Communication with clients to monitor their medical care. Submit clients damages package to insurance company for attempted settlement negotiations. Should have 1+ year of experience as a paralegal preferably in a personal injury law firm. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle a substantial volume of client files are needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
