Legal Secretary / Office Administrator The candidate will handle administrative tasks include fielding incoming new client inquiries, opening new client files, maintaining files and legal documents, proofreading, processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing client payments and retainers, entering time sheets, preparing expense reports and opening and distributing mail. Should have 5 years of experience. Knowledge of the California judicial system and procedures, calendaring, preparation and filing (including e-filing) of court documents is required, as well as proficiency in MS Office Word, Adobe, Outlook, Time Slips (can provide training), and Quick Books (can provide training).
