Corporate/Transactions Attorney The candidate will support corporate and IP transactions practice groups. Will primarily involve working on non-corporate transactional work (e.g., licensing and SaaS agreements; terms of service) as well as business and corporate matters (including entity formation, corporate governance, financing, and acquisitions). Should have 3+ years of transactional experience at an established law firm. Experience with intellectual property rights and licensing, corporate/partnership formations, and the legal issues facing early-stage technology companies is required. Strong analytical and drafting skills and a desire to work collaboratively and engage with clients are essential.
