Legal Assistant Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys throughout the litigation process from intake through settlement or trial. Must have Associate or Bachelor degree in paralegal studies from an ABA approved school is a must. Paralegal experience is preferred, limited experience since we provide training sessions on procedures, substantive law, and in-house administrative procedures during the week.
