Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will focus on plaintiff s False Claims Act litigation. Will quickly be given considerable responsibility, including direct communication with clients and government prosecutors. Must have excellent academic credentials (top 15% of the class); strong research, analytic and communication skills; demonstrated interest in complex litigation. Strong work ethic and entrepreneurism are also required. Should have clerkship with federal judge and several years experience litigating complex civil cases.
