Paralegal Clerk The candidate responsibilities: Financial Duties: Process both firm operational expenses and client billable disbursements; Daily process review of vendor invoices and financial reporting; Assist with billing, and electronic billing appeals; Create budgets, monitor and resolve outstanding, and vendor invoice / payment issues, process cost entries; Coordinate domestic aged invoices with Accounting; Assist in end-of-day reporting. Paralegal Duties: Draft page/line deposition summaries; Prepare subpoenas, and summarize complaint allegations; Conduct general online research using Lexis/Westlaw; Review and summarize insurance policies; Prepare appendices and form correspondence. Must have experience with entry-level bookkeeping. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience with a law firm. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
