Legal Secretary The candidate will be working directly with the attorneys, handling filings, drafting documents, pleadings, and discovery shells, interacting with clients, and on occasion, supporting the Office with other tasks, such as sorting mail and saving into NetDocuments (our cloud-based document management system). Supporting the Firm's Attorneys. Drafting letters and pleadings, and discovery shells. Handling court filings. Preparing binders. Working with client documents, pleadings, and records and saving them into the document management system. Interacting with Clients. General office support. An associate is preferred. Should be well-organized with great time management skills, solid legal secretary experience, and judgment. Prior legal secretary experience is a must.
